Where everyone belongs
People first, always
At Spur Reply, diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging aren’t just promises. They’re a commitment.
At Spur Reply, we honor our communities by putting people first. This helps us deliver the best results for our clients; but more importantly, it ensures that every employee at Spur Reply understands that they are valued and accepted for who they are. We put people first by fostering a collaborative environment where we recognize our differences as strengths. We are committed to an equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment where we all belong and are empowered to do great work.
Our commitment to change
We solicited input from our employees to determine short-term and long-term goals related to equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging. We strongly believe every one of us plays a role in bettering our society. Creating a welcoming environment that accepts and celebrates all people — starts with us, individually and collectively.
We value a culture of courage. We listen to our employees’ concerns, identify untapped strengths, and use failure as an opportunity to grow. We encourage all employees to give honest feedback to company leadership — even if it’s uncomfortable — and without negative repercussions personally or professionally.
Our EDI&B goals
We set these five-year aspirational goals in 2020 to help guide the direction of our EDI&B initiatives. In 2025, we will review our progress and learnings to determine our objectives and activities for 2026 and beyond.

Equity Goal: Equitable treatment for all groups in hiring, performance reviews, promotions, compensation, and work assignments
-
Diversity Goal: Proportional representation of women and people of color at all levels of the firm
