Generating awareness for a global initiative
A tech leader wanted to join forces with us to increase awareness of their ambitious global tech initiative. Specifically, our client was looking to develop an efficient process for creating sales and marketing collateral designed for a variety of target industries.
Project management, a visual identity, marketing assets, and video production
To make our client’s goal a reality, we focused the project on four main components. The first was the implementation of a project management structure to help triage marketing requests, maintain accountability across the team, and keep efforts on track to meet deadlines. A strong project management structure was essential to enabling transparency across teams, cultivating effective collaboration, and completing efforts in a timely manner.
The second component was applying a consistent look and feel, tone, and color palette across the company’s video and design assets. The unified visual identity then served as a solid foundation on which we could later build additional sales and marketing materials. Solidifying our client’s brand image was critical to establishing its story as an emerging industry leader.
Third, with the visual identity top of mind, we supported the creation of pitch decks and brochures to support our client’s business development leaders during industry-specific sales conversations. The pitch decks and brochures allowed our client to showcase how its technology service creates positive business impacts across a range of industries.
Finally, our in-house video team edited existing footage from our client into engaging videos that would be used to promote the initiative. This component of the project required us to remain extremely agile as we were expected to produce final edits within very short timeframes after a series of multiple live shoots.
In our first year of partnership, we developed dozens of creative assets to fulfill needs across our client's organization.
