Spur Reply partnered with the client to design and implement a centralized PRM platform built to bring structure, governance, and scalability to the partner ecosystem. Rather than focusing solely on front-end improvements, the solution addressed core operational needs by creating a single system of record and a shared operating model for internal teams. Key elements included centralized partner data and interactions, voice of the partner feedback, secure PRM–CRM integration aligned with their IT and compliance standards, and a clearly defined MVP roadmap to align stakeholders on scope and priorities. The platform was designed to balance global consistency with regional flexibility, enabling the client to standardize partner management while accommodating local requirements.
